We want the process of buying and returning to be as uncomplicated as the pieces themselves. Read on for all the details.
Shipping
We ship worldwide.
All orders are dispatched from our sourcing partners in Asia (Thailand, India, and Bali depending on the piece). Every shipment is tracked and insured.
We ship to all countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, email us before placing an order.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times.
These are estimates and may vary depending on local customs processing. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Kissa Kala is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Orders over a qualifying threshold may be eligible for complimentary shipping — you will see this reflected at checkout when applicable.
Returns
14-day return window.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided the piece is in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at kissakalajewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
How refunds work.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanging a piece.
We offer exchanges for a different size or variant where available. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Damaged Items
Received something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
