When will my order arrive?+

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by region: Europe 6–10 days, United States 7–12 days, Asia Pacific 4–8 days, rest of world 8–14 days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?+

Yes. We ship to all countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you have a question about shipping to a specific country, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

What is your return policy?+

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we will provide instructions within 1–2 business days.

Can I exchange for a different size or variant?+

Yes, exchanges are available where stock permits. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate the exchange. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.

What materials are used in the pieces?+

The collection features a range of materials including brass, gold-filled, and sterling silver settings paired with natural stones such as labradorite, turquoise, onyx, quartz, and tiger eye. Specific material information is noted on each product page.

How do I care for my jewelry?+

Store pieces away from direct sunlight and moisture. Remove jewelry before contact with water, perfume, or harsh chemicals. Metal pieces can be gently polished with a soft cloth to restore their finish. Avoid storing multiple pieces together without protection to prevent scratching.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?+

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Do you offer custom or personalised pieces?+

Not at this stage. The collection is a curated edit of existing designs. If you have a specific request or are interested in being notified about future custom options, reach out via email.
